A bit about me…
A holistically-minded doula in Cannock, South Staffs & West Midlands. (Covering ~1hr radius of Cannock)
I am Holly, a 24 y/o doula and mum of a 1 year old little girl. I am a lover of yoga and all things nature.
I felt drawn to become a doula after I had a really beautiful and enjoyable birth experience. I realised the capability that birth has to be the most blissful and ecstatic moment of your life, but also became more aware of the prevalence of things like birth trauma and fear of our sacred bodily function. So, I carry with me a strong desire to help other women to take back control and tap into the magic of autonomous birthing, if they wish to do so.
I am aware that birth can go in many directions and I am here to support your choices and wishes, whatever that may look like.
I value bodily autonomy and informed choice. I would be honoured to hold space, empower and support you in your pregnancy, birth and postnatal periods.

I offer a complimentary 10-minute consultation call to discuss your needs and how I can support you as your doula.
